Game Master - FM/CM/MODERATORS
LOADRAN team is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to provide assistance to our English and Tagalog speaking communities via the forums and in-game presence.
The successful candidates will be energetic, creative, self-motivated, conscientious and passionate about quality. He or she will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be capable of delivering a consistent, first-class service to a dynamic audience. He or she will ideally have strong gaming experience
Consistent and timely customer assistance either in-game or via the community forums, with the ability to make the right decision and act accordingly
Assist the QA team with the analysis and reproduction of reported defect
Other responsibilities, as assigned.
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 1 year activity in the official
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Passion for gaming and experience
Strong customer-facing skills and a professional attitude
Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task
Must have previously held a position of trust and/or responsibility
Desired
Previous game master and/or forum-moderation experience (knowledge of vBulletin an advantage)
